Visa Application
Please check whether you need to apply for a visa to attend IE’14 here. You’d better start your application as soon as possible. If you need more details, please visit the Chinese Visa Application Service Center website (http://www.visaforchina.org/).
Invitation Letter
If you need an invitation letter for Chinese visa application for the IE’14 conference, please send email to Mr. Bowen Xie (boxie5@126.com) with the following information: Title, Full name as it appears in your passport, Gender, Date of Birth, Full Address, Email, Citizenship, Passport number with date of expiry, and Paper ID(optional). If you are an author of IE’14 paper (main conference paper, workshop paper etc.), please also include the paper ID. A pdf file of the letter will be emailed to you; if you need the original letter, you will need to provide your detail postal address for shipping.
