New Conference & Workshops Venue information

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Due to the announced General Strike for Tuesday 16^th of July the University workshop and conference venue will be unavailable. Therefore action is taken to change venue for the whole event (workshops and conference) to a non-public sector establishment to avoid possible other disruptions during the conference week.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Getting to the venue

The venues of the IE conference and workshops have been changed due to a general strike that will take place on Tuesday 16^th July. Therefore, the IE conference and workshops will take place in the Divani Palace Acropolis hotel, which is located next to the Athens Acropolis and the new Acropolis museum.

Below you can find directions on how you can access the new venue:

1.       Use the Metro Red Line (Aghios Dimitrios - Anthoupoli) and get off at Acropolis Metro Station

2.       Get out off the exit shown as "Makrigianni/ Ath. Diakou"

3.       Head south on Makrigianni/Μακρυγιάννη toward Lempesi/Λεμπέση

4.       Turn right onto Chatzichristou/Χατζηχρήστου

5.       Slight left onto Kavalloti/Καβαλλότι

6.       Turn left onto Parthenonos/Παρθενώνος

Destination (Partenonos 19) will be on the right.
