Registration and Payment

Dates: Workshops 16-17 July, Conference 18-19 July

Early bird registration for workshops is extended until June 7. In your e-mail, make sure that you mention the workshop you are registering for.

Early bird registration for the main conference is now closed.

In order to register for the workshops and / or the main conference, please duly complete and return via e-mail this form. Please send the form to the address info@ecomet.eap.gr, together with scanned copies of all necessary accompanying evidence (bank slip, student ID, etc). Make sure that the data in the form are accurate.

ΝΟΤΕ ΤΗΑΤ one distinct registration (regular or IEEE/AIAI member registration) is required for every paper that will be included in the (conference or workshop) proceedings.

In order to qualify for early bird conference registration rates, please return the form and execute the payment by the 10^th of May 2013.

In order to qualify for early bird workshop registration rates, please return the form and execute the payment by the 30^th of May 2013.

In order to qualify for early bird joint (conference + workshops) registration rates, please return the form and execute the payment by the 10^th of May 2013.

If you plan to attend the conference but are yet uncertain about attending the workshops, in order to qualify for early bird conference registration rates, please return the form and execute the payment of conference fees by the 10^th of May 2013. In case you decide to attend the workshops as well, you will be given the opportunity to extend your registration to a joint registration and to qualify for early bird joint (conference + workshops) registration rates. In this case, the form must be resubmitted by the 30^th of May 2013.

Conference registration includes:

-          Access to all conference sessions

-          One delegate's bag, which contains a copy of the conference proceedings

-          Access to coffee breaks and lunches during the days of the conference

-          Participation to conference cocktail

Workshop registration includes:

-          Access to workshops

-          One delegate's bag, which contains a copy of the workshop proceedings

-          Access to coffee breaks and lunches during the days of the workshops

-          Participation to workshops cocktail

Joint registration includes:

-          The sum of the above

The conference registration is handled by Heraklio Travel. You can address to them all enquiries about travel to and accommodation in Athens, as well as social programme options, by accessing the address www.smartels.gr, or via e-mail to Mrs Katerina Siampani at the address katerina@herakliotravel.gr. Heraklio Travel has reserved a number of rooms in special prices in nearby hotels for the conference delegates.
