The Poster track provides an ideal opportunity for conference attendees to learn about new and innovative work-in progress, and to preview on-going research projects that might not yet be complete, but whose preliminary results are already interesting. Interested authors are invited to submit poster papers on the IE11 topics of interest listed in the conference home page. Posters will be reviewed based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Accepted posters will be displayed in a dedicated poster area; their accompanying papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

Poster submissions consist of two parts:

  1. A paper with a maximum length of four (4) pages that explains the idea presented. Since the format is short, special attention should be given to ensure that major contributions, i.e., significance and originality, be emphasized succinctly. Submitted papers must comply with the IE11 publisher formatting guidelines, because papers of accepted posters will be included in the Conference Proceedings.
  2. A draft version of the poster, which, if the paper gets accepted, will be displayed during the conference. All authors are required to submit their posters in .pdf format. The formatting guidelines of the final poster will be announced in due time.

The poster must be no more than 1500 words in length. All pages must fit in A3 size paper. The top and bottom margins should be 1.5 in. The right and left margins should be 1 in. The content should be single column. The title should be centered with the author information under it. Usually, authors should include their names, affiliations, addresses and emails. A telephone number is optional.

The paragraph should be fully justified. Please leave extra vertical space (6 points) between the paragraphs. First-line indent on new paragraphs is optional. The main body text should use 18-point Times Roman font. The figures and tables should be numbered and captioned. Captions should be in 14-point Times New Roman bold. Please place the figures and tables close to the text referencing them. The reference should be numbered so that citation can be made by putting a number inside a square bracket (e.g. [1]). The list of reference should be given in the end of the document.
